These workshops are categorized based on their team experience, previous projects and equipment, including container manufacturers, industrial parts manufacturers, metal structure manufacturers, furniture manufacturers, and others.

1.2 When Metal-Projects receives a project, it sends the project details to workshops in the same category as the project, enabling them to make offers to clients.

1.3 Clients have the sole responsibility for evaluating offers received from workshops and choosing a manufacturer based on their preferences and requirements.

SECTION 2 - ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

2.1 Clients placing orders through the website must provide accurate and complete information about the project, including specifications, quantity, and delivery requirements.

2.2 Metal-Projects may request pre-payment, which can range from 50% to 100% of the total project cost, based on the specific project and the agreement with the workshops.

2.3 Payments can be made securely through the payment gateway provided on the website.

2.4 Metal-Projects reserves the right to cancel or suspend any order if payment is not received or is found to be fraudulent.

SECTION 3 - DELIVERY

3.1 The responsibility for product delivery lies with the workshops or a third-party logistics provider, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.2 Metal-Projects will make reasonable efforts to ensure timely delivery, but it cannot be held responsible for any delays or disruptions caused by workshops, logistics providers, or external factors beyond its control.
